Our team look after the bees at I Ciacca and make our beautiful honey. It is golden and birght in colour and delicately floral aroma. A very special honey indeed. So much so that we have had to fence it off to “SAVE IT FROM THE BEARS” who come down from the mountains near I Ciacca and makes beautiful honey.
