Our red wines are made from certified organic grapes sourced locally from vineyards well known to us.
The grapes are then vinified in our concrete egg shaped tanks, under the guidance of our friend Alberto Antonini.
Our first Cabernet is currently resting and will soon be transferred to french oak barrels for maturation.
