Almost 200 years have passed since the French vines were planted in this valley and in 1999 the Cabernet di Atina obtained the official recognition of DOC.
I Ciacca tries to be different and traditional at the same time, producing a natural, organic and vegan wine, 100% grapes without chemical residues or pesticides.
The colour is intense ruby with violet reflections. The nose opens the dance with floral notes, among which wisteria stands out, and notes of undergrowth. In the mouth it is savoury with a pleasant acid boost that, almost on tiptoe, opens the way to present but not intrusive tannins that favour good drinkability. A calm and very pleasant finish leaves the palate anxiously waiting for the next drink. - Luigi Tana
