Matrimonio Maturano IGT Bio marked the beginning of the I Ciacca journey. First revealed at Luigi and Sofia’s wedding in May 2019—friends and wine experts gathered from all corners—the wine didn’t quite shine on the big day. But by 2021, it had blossomed, earning awards and rave reviews for its rich, layered flavors. The secret? Patience! Maturano means growing and maturing, and like a fine story, this wine takes its time, resting at least 36 months before it’s ready to impress. Cheers to patience and great wine!

A blend or a "marry" of 50% Nostalgia protocol (Soft press whole bunch) and 50% Sotto Le Stelle protocol (6 day maceration with re-introduction of the stems) all aged in cement tulips.
