Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Hand Selected by Sofia 250ml

 Carefully selected Olives from trees in the San Donato, Lazio region at 600m above sea level, producing La Marina Olives by Sofia Di Ciacca Tana.

Harvested in early season, when the olives are still young and vibrant, they are pressed with haste the same day at a certified organic mill. This results in a unique green hue, pleasant floral and fruity notes, creamy texture, with a robust, peppery finish attributed to the high polyphenol content of the Marina variety.
